Alejandra Ferruccio es artista e investigadora argentina, nacida en Avellaneda. Su práctica se sitúa en el cruce entre artes electrónicas, materialidades sensibles y ecología tecnológica, desarrollando instalaciones interactivas, dispositivos textiles y objetos robóticos que exploran la relación entre cuerpo, memoria y tecnología.
Es Licenciada y Profesora en Artes Visuales por la Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA) y Maestranda en Tecnología y Estética de las Artes Electrónicas (UNTREF). Su investigación material se organiza en torno a la Materialoteca, un archivo vivo de ensayos con látex, fibras naturales, PLA y materiales conductivos activados mediante luz, sonido y contacto.
Entre sus proyectos destacados se encuentran ElectroPallai, serie iniciada con una Beca Creación del Fondo Nacional de las Artes (2019) y continuada en instalaciones performáticas hasta 2024; y Cuencas del Tecnoceno (2022–2024), investigación biotecnológica sobre cuencas hídricas y extractivismo. Ha presentado su trabajo en el II Congreso Internacional de Arte + Ciencia de la UNSAM y ha participado en residencias internacionales en Barcelona: GaudiLab (2024) y Casa RARO (2025). Forma parte del equipo de catalogación de la obra de Marta Minujín en la Maestría en Artes Electrónicas (UNTREF).

Alejandra Ferruccio is an Argentine artist and researcher born in Avellaneda. Her practice sits at the intersection of electronic arts, sensitive materialities, and technological ecology, developing interactive installations, textile devices, and robotic objects that explore the relationship between body, memory, and technology.
She holds a degree in Visual Arts from the Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA) and is currently pursuing a Master's in Technology and Aesthetics of Electronic Arts (UNTREF). Her material research is organized around the Materialoteca, a living archive of experiments with latex, natural fibers, PLA, and conductive materials activated through light, sound, and touch.
Among her key projects are ElectroPallai, a series initiated with a Creation Grant from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes (2019) and continued through performative installations until 2024; and Cuencas del Tecnoceno (2022–2024), a biotechnological investigation into water basins and extractivism. She has presented her work at the II International Congress of Art + Science (UNSAM) and has participated in international residencies in Barcelona: GaudiLab (2024) and Casa RARO (2025). She is part of the cataloguing team for Marta Minujín's work at the Master's in Electronic Arts (UNTREF).
